We’ve been closely monitoring the government's Performing Arts guidance and have been working hard to train our staff and put the correct safety measures in place to ensure your visit is as safe as possible.
Our programme will be small to start with whilst we adjust to these necessary changes.
For new socially distanced events we are initially selling tickets as ‘best available' at a maximum of 6 per booking rather than allocating seats at the point of purchase. This is to ensure we can keep customers in their bubbles of up to 6 people and accommodate social distancing.
For events that were previously on sale and have now changed to be socially distanced we will allocate new seats and email the new details to customers.
Tickets can be purchased online. If you require a wheelchair space or accessible seating you can specify this when booking tickets. We cannot guarantee availability but will make every effort to accommodate your needs. If anyone in your party is exempt from wearing a face covering you must specify this when booking.
Information before you visit
You will receive an email with your tickets in the week leading up to the show confirming the seats you’ve been allocated, what time to arrive by and what door you will need to enter through. This is to ease the flow of customers and maintain social distancing.
Face coverings are mandatory and there are sanitiser stations throughout the venue. Signage is in place to explain our one-way system throughout the venue.
We recommend customers inform a member of staff when they arrive if they are exempt from wearing a face covering.
