Portsmouth Tattoo Fest returns to the shores of Portsmouth to bring you some of the best tattoo artists from all over the country!

This two day event will feature live tattooing from 65+ world class artists.

You can also expect live music, great entertainment as well as tattoo competitions featuring Rival Ink, where artists compete for 7 hours.
