Selection of artisan breads with Somerset butter
Seared and cured king scallop, salmon mousse, crab spring roll, Bloody Mary panna cotta, pickled samphire and fennel
Breaded Dorset Blue Vinny Cheese, carrot jam, pickled baby roots, micro leaved and seared tomato (v)
Purbeck lemon sorbet finished with spiced blackcurrant cordial
Seared lamb rump, braised shoulder, shallot and mint relish, roasted garlic potato terrine, steamed kale, redcurrant and rosemary reduction
Parsnip, celeriac and chestnut pithivier, harissa spiced carrot puree, creamed savoy cabbage, baby roots finished with a port reduction (v)
Orange and green cardamom chocolate tart, dark chocolate ice cream dipped in white chocolate, clementine poached in cardamom. Finished with a blood orange curd and dried raspberries
